Joel D. Judd, PT, MPT - Owner/Director
	Joel graduated from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 1997 with his Master's degree in physical therapy. He founded Colleyville Physical Therapy in 2000 with a desire to help his patients by utilizing individualized treatments and programs. Joel's primary area of expertise is in general orthopedics with special interests in sports injuries, spine care, and vestibular rehab. In his spare time, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife, Dana, and their 4 children, volunteering at his church, and coaching his children's sports teams.


Keri Gustavsen, PT, MPT - Physical Therapist
	Keri has worked for CPT since 2005 following her graduation from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School with her Master's degree in physical therapy. Keri has special interests in treating hand/upper extremity, knee, and running injuries. Keri resides in Keller with her husband ,Neil, and their son. In her spare time, Keri enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle Teague, PT, MPT - Physical Therapist
	Michelle has worked for CPT since 2007. She graduated in 2006 from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School with her Master's degree in physical therapy. Michelle treats has a special interest in women's health, including female urinary incontinence and pre/post partum therapy. Michelle resides in North Richland hills with her husband, Jonathan, and their two daughters. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys volunteering at her church and spending time with friends and family.

Kera Alexander, PT, MPT - Physical Therapist
	Kera has worked for CPT since 2007 following her graduation from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School with her Master's degree in physical therapy. As a former college athlete, Kera enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions with special interest in sports rehab. In her spare time, Kera enjoys working out, scrap-booking, and anything related to sports.

Raymi Ammon, PTA – Physical Therapist Assistant
	Raymi has worked for CPT since 2004. She graduated from Tarrant County College's Physical Therapist Assistant program in 1996. As a PTA, Raymi treats established patients and takes great satisfaction in helping her patients achieve their recovery goals. Raymi resides in North Richland Hills with her husband, Lance, and their two sons. In her spare time, Raymi enjoys attending her son’s baseball games, exercising, and going to Ranger games.

Jamie Sullivan- Front Office Coordinator
	Jamie has worked for CPT since 2005 as our front office coordinator. Jamie will most likely be the first person you speak with when calling the clinic. Jamie resides in Grapevine with her son. She enjoys spending free time with her family and friends.

Jillian Rankin- Back Office Coordinator
	Jillian has worked for CPT since 2004 when she began as a physical therapy technician. Since that time, Jillian has worked in a variety of roles before becoming our back office coordinator in 2007. Jillian handles all the billing and collections for the clinic along with various other administrative duties. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys running, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family and friends.
